River Side Sweaters Limited (RSSL) is a 100% export oriented sweaters manufacturing unit located at South Keranigonj, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The company is equipped with latest technological advancement associated with most modern equipment and machinery imported from abroad. RSSL is a continuous trouble free operational establishment and able to execute the orders those received from respected foreign buyers and clients from any parts of the globe at anytime as desired by the buyers. The company's mission is to develop and export different types of quality garments as per Buyer's requirement. Basing on that, the Production unit has been designed based on present requirements of the world as in Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry and is devoted to produce high quality sweaters, To ensure this, materials, from the beginning to end, are checked, inspected, and supervised each moment by a group of highly skilled and qualified technocrats. We are committed to fulfill our reputed customers' requirements and desires with flawless finishing and timely delivery of the consignments. Managing Director, and Chairman along with other responsible personalities are professionally well educated and smart to fulfill the needs of the buyers. The Company's aim and objective is to provide quality garments, timely shipment and competitive price to the clients executing export orders with honesty and sincerity. The Present Supply Capacity is 175,000 pieces sweaters per month.
In relation to the working environment, River Side Sweaters maintains sufficient ventilations in all production areas with sufficient EXIT doors having UL certified Fire doors. It provides free medical support for operators & first aid boxes in every section. It provides sufficient hygienic working environment, toilets for both men & women. As of COVID-19 is concerned, every steps starting from monitoring the health states of the workers are recorded. While entering into the factory, every workers physical temperatures, external appearance, hand wash, and other sanitizations are done and then allowed to be entered for the day. Beside this, every worker maintains at least 6 feet distance in between them while working. It is to be mentioned here that, we check every worker inside against body temparature and if found someone having high fever or systoms of cough etc, we immediately qurantine him in an Isolation Room and discharge him from factory and allow him to take adequate precaution at home. River Side sweaters Limited is equipped with full automated modern Fire alarm and rescue system. In the factory, child labor is strictly prohibited in any section and this organization is fully in compliance with the existing labor law, codes of Bangladesh as well as International system.
River Side Sweaters Limited has it's own OTP for purifying the used water before it is been discharged to drainage system to maintain the environmental polution. Aside from this, River Side Sweaters Limited has it's Earthing and Thunder Protections by LPS system incorporated.
The Factory is awarded "Colorless" RSC certified.

রিভার সাইড সুয়েটার্স লিমিটেড ১০০% রপ্তানীমূলক একটি সুয়েটার্স ফ্যাক্টরী। উক্ত ফ্যাক্টরী বুড়িগংগা নদীর পাশে রাজধানীর অনতিদূরে দক্ষিন কেরানীগঞ্জ এর হাসনাবাদ ইকুরিয়াতে অবস্থিত। আন্তর্জাতিক বিমান বন্দর থেকে মাত্র ২০ কিলোমিটার দক্ষিনে ঢাকা-মাওয়া হাই ওয়ের পাশে উক্ত রিভার সাইড সুয়েটার্স লিমিটেড অবস্থিত। এখানে বিশেষভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে যে, বিদেশ থেকে আমদানীকৃত অত্যাধুনিক যন্ত্রপাতি সমন্নয়ে ফ্যাক্টরীর কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত হয়। সম্মানীত ক্রেতাদের আদেশকৃত মালামাল সময়মতো এবং সঠিক পরিমানে শিপমেন্ট করার নিমিত্তে যাবতীয় সমস্ত প্রতি বন্ধকতা এবং সমস্যা দূরীকরনে সর্বাত্তক চেষ্টা করা হয়। আমাদের সংস্থার মূল উদ্দেশ্য- সময়মতো কোয়ালিটি সম্পন্ন গার্মেন্টস ক্রেতাদের সরবরাহ করা। এরজন্যে প্রতিটি ধাপে অর্থাৎ গার্মেন্টস তৈরির সুতা থেকে আরম্ভ করে ফ্যাক্টরী থেকে গার্মেন্টস রপ্তানীর উদ্দেশ্যে বের হওয়া অবধি প্রতিটি ধাপে এক্সপার্ট জনবল এবং যাবতীয় আধুনিক প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করা হয়। অত্র ফ্যাক্টরী ACCORD, BSCI, Sadex, and UL Certified. পরিবেশগত দিক বিবেচনা করে যাবতীয় পদক্ষেপ নিয়ে দেশের শ্রমিক আইন অনুসারে ফ্যাক্টরী পরিচালিত হয়। অত্র ফ্যাক্টরীর মাসিক প্রোডাকসন প্রায় ১৭৫০০০ পিস।
ফ্যাক্টরীর কর্ম পরিবেশ বিবেচনায় পর্যাপ্ত পরিমানে এক্সিট ডোর রাখা আছে এবং এসব এক্সিট ডোর প্রতিটিতে ইউএল সার্টিফায়েড ফায়ার ডোর এবং স্বয়ংক্রিয় ফায়ার সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে পরিচালিত। প্রতিটি শ্রমিকের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় মেডিক্যাল সাপোর্ট এবং প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার যাবতীয় ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। শ্রমিকদের (উভয় শ্রেনীর পুরুষ এবং মহিলা) দের জন্য পর্যাপ্ত পরিমানে পরিষ্কার এবং জীবানুমুক্ত টয়লেট এবং সামগ্রী রয়েছে। বর্তমানে করোনার পরিস্থিতিতে ফ্যাক্টরীতে অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বনের নিমিত্তে প্রতিদিন প্রতিটি শ্রমিক এবং কর্মকর্তার স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা করা হয়। ফ্যাক্টরীতে প্রবেশের সময় প্রতিটি জনবলের শারীরিক তাপমাত্র, হাত ধোয়ার প্রক্রিয়া এবং মাস্ক ব্যবহারের বাধ্যবাধকতা রয়েছে যা প্রশাসনিক কর্মকর্তা এবং আমাদের মেডিক্যাল টিম দেখভাল করেন। এছাড়া কভিড-১৯ এর সুরক্ষার নিমিত্তে ফ্যাক্টরির ভিতরে প্রতিটি কর্মচারী/শ্রমিকের থেকে অন্য আরেকজন শ্রমিকের দূরুত্ত অন্তত ৬ ফুট ব্যবধান রাখা হয়েছে যাতে কোনো অবস্থাতেই কভিড-১৯ সংক্রমনের সম্ভাবনা না থাকে। এ ছাড়াও কাজ চলাকালীন কোনো শ্রমিকের মধ্যে যদি এরুপ কোনো উপসর্গ পরিলক্ষিত হয় যে, তার গা জর জর ভাব, কিংবা হাচি, কাশির উপসর্গ দেখা দেয়, তাহলে অতিসত্তর তাকে আইসোলেশন রুমে স্থানান্তর করে অতিদ্রুত তার বাসায় পাঠিয়ে দেয়া হয় এবং তার পরিচর্যার ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। রিভার সাইড সুয়েটার্সের ফ্লোরে প্রতিটি সেকসন ফায়ার এলার্ম এবং স্মোক ডিটেক্টরের আওতায় রাখা হয়েছে।
ফ্যাক্টরীতে কোনো শিশু শ্রমিকের নিয়োগ দেয়া হয় না এবং ফ্যাক্টরীর যাবতীয় কার্যক্রম বাংলাদেশের শ্রমিক আইন এবং আন্তর্জাতিক আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হয়। জেন্ডার ডিসক্রিমিনেশনের কোনো সুযোগ অত্র ফ্যাক্টরিতে নাই এবং প্রতিটি শ্রমিকের ন্যায্য পাওনা, মেটারনিটি ছুটি, সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি, মেডিক্যাল ছুটিসহ অন্যান্য সমস্ত সুযোগ দেয়া হয়। এখানে উল্লেখ থাকে যে, প্রতি বছর বেতনের পাশাপাশি ইঙ্ক্রিমেন্ট দেয়া হয়। ওভার টাইম আইনের মাধ্যমে করা হয়ে থাকে।
অত্র ফ্যাক্টরিতে ওয়াটার ট্রিট্মেন্ট বা ওটিপি এর ব্যবস্থা আছে অর্থাৎ ওয়াসের কার্যে ব্যবহৃত পানি পিউরিফাই করে পরবর্তীতে ড্রেনেজ সিস্টেমে অপসারন করা হয় যাতে পরিবেশ দূষিত না হয়। রিভার সাইড সুয়েটার্স লিমিটেডের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় থান্ডার প্রোটেকসন সিস্টেম করা আছে।
রিভার সাইড সুয়েটার্স লিমিটেড একটি "কালারলেস" ফ্যাক্টরী অর্থাৎ রিভার সাইড লিমিটেড কোনো প্রকার "কালার" কোডের আওতায় নেই বলে আরএ সি ইতিমধ্যে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করেছেন।
